1Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at www.jktcleaningservices.com (the "Website") and the cleaning services provided by JKT Cleaning Services LLC ("JKT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, requesting a quote, or booking or receiving our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2Our Services

JKT provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas, including Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Wake Forest, Cary, Clayton, and nearby communities. Our services include:

  • Recurring Cleaning: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.
  • Deep Cleaning: a detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning, including initial and seasonal cleanings.
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: cleaning of a property before or after a move.
  • Commercial & Custom Cleaning: cleaning for offices, apartment communities, property managers, and other commercial spaces, tailored to the Client's schedule and needs.

The exact scope of each visit is the scope agreed with you when we confirm your quote or booking. Descriptions on the Website are general and do not create a separate guarantee.

3Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us, such as service type, frequency, ZIP code, and the approximate size and condition of the space. If the actual size, condition, or requirements differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the price, and we will discuss any change with you before work begins. A quote becomes a booking only when we confirm it with you.

4Scheduling and Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time, including any codes, keys, or instructions needed. If our team cannot enter the property, or the visit is shortened because of access problems, the cancellation terms in Section 5 may apply. We make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, and prior appointments.

5Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which we will tell you about when you book or before charging it.

6Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept payments through authorized electronic payment platforms or by check only. Unpaid balances, returned checks, or failed payments may result in suspension of service and, to the extent allowed by law, additional fees and collection costs.

7Recurring Services

For recurring services, the agreed schedule continues until you tell us to change, pause, or end it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice before a scheduled visit to skip or reschedule it. We may adjust a recurring price if the scope of work changes, and we will let you know in advance.

8Client Responsibilities

To help us do a safe and effective job, you agree to:

  • Secure money, jewelry, important documents, and other valuables before our team arrives.
  • Tell us in advance about fragile, antique, or high-value items and any surfaces that require special care.
  • Tell us about pets, known hazards, and any area we should not enter.
  • Make sure electricity and running water are available.
  • Give us accurate information about the property and the services you want.

9Our Right to Refuse or Stop Service

We may decline, pause, or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of the agreed services, or if our team is treated in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner. Services involving hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, or pest infestations are not included unless agreed in writing. If we stop a visit for these reasons, we may charge for work already performed and for time reserved.

10Service Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed or not done to the agreed scope, please contact us within 48 hours of the visit so we can review it and make reasonable efforts to correct it. Please do not have other parties redo the work before giving us the chance to address it.

11Damage, Liability, and Insurance

JKT is insured and takes great care with every property. If you believe damage occurred during a visit, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and allow us to inspect it before repairs. Please note:

  • JKT is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
  • JKT is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or that were not disclosed to us as fragile or high-value.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12Commercial Clients

For commercial and custom cleaning, we may provide a written service agreement or proposal with its own scope, schedule, pricing, and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

13Use of the Website

The Website is provided for general information about JKT and to request quotes and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information.
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Website or its security.
  • Copy, scrape, or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14Intellectual Property

The Website, including its text, design, logos, images, and other content, belongs to JKT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. All other use requires our written permission.

15Reviews and Content You Submit

If you send us a review, testimonial, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you give JKT a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on the Website and our marketing channels. We will not publish your full address or phone number in connection with it.

16Communications

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request, quote, scheduling, and services, including by call, text message, and email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

17Third-Party Links and Content

The Website may link to or embed third-party content, including social media pages and video. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

18Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website, including its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect our commitment to perform our cleaning services with professional care.

19Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, from inaccurate information you provide, or from hazardous or unsafe conditions at the property that you did not disclose to us.

20Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

21General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website or services means you accept it.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written agreement or confirmed quote make up the entire agreement between you and JKT about our services.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Payment information

Our Website is not used to take payments. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not send promotional text messages without your express consent. Mobile information and text message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
