By using the Website, requesting a quote, or booking or receiving our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. JKT provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas, including Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Wake Forest, Cary, Clayton, and nearby communities. Our services include:
The exact scope of each visit is the scope agreed with you when we confirm your quote or booking. Descriptions on the Website are general and do not create a separate guarantee.
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us, such as service type, frequency, ZIP code, and the approximate size and condition of the space. If the actual size, condition, or requirements differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the price, and we will discuss any change with you before work begins. A quote becomes a booking only when we confirm it with you.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time, including any codes, keys, or instructions needed. If our team cannot enter the property, or the visit is shortened because of access problems, the cancellation terms in Section 5 may apply. We make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, and prior appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which we will tell you about when you book or before charging it.
Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept payments through authorized electronic payment platforms or by check only. Unpaid balances, returned checks, or failed payments may result in suspension of service and, to the extent allowed by law, additional fees and collection costs.
For recurring services, the agreed schedule continues until you tell us to change, pause, or end it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice before a scheduled visit to skip or reschedule it. We may adjust a recurring price if the scope of work changes, and we will let you know in advance.
To help us do a safe and effective job, you agree to:
We may decline, pause, or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of the agreed services, or if our team is treated in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner. Services involving hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, or pest infestations are not included unless agreed in writing. If we stop a visit for these reasons, we may charge for work already performed and for time reserved.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed or not done to the agreed scope, please contact us within 48 hours of the visit so we can review it and make reasonable efforts to correct it. Please do not have other parties redo the work before giving us the chance to address it.
JKT is insured and takes great care with every property. If you believe damage occurred during a visit, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and allow us to inspect it before repairs. Please note:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
For commercial and custom cleaning, we may provide a written service agreement or proposal with its own scope, schedule, pricing, and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
